Top 20 Netflix Shows to Binge Watch While Recovering Postpartum

The postpartum period is a time to bond and recover. That tiny little bundle has you feeling smitten. Oh their clothes are so tiny and soft, and their heads smell like new baby (it’s like new car smell, but sooo much adorable and intoxicating!)… but you might also feeling like a zombie. Plus, your internal organs have been shifting around for the last 9+ months to create a little person (and for the first time in a long time, you don’t have to pee every 15 minutes! YES!!).

Give yourself a chance to snuggle with your mini, don’t think about replying to emails, laundry or dishes (they’ll be there after you have a break), and if you’ve got other children at home, see if your partner or a friend are willing to take them to the park/beach. Grab the coziest blanket you own, a drink, nursing pads, a snack and baby – then settle in!
